Zagreb Stock Exchange present markets & issuers at NASDAQ in New York

ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) – The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) held the first presentation of their markets and issuers in the United States, at NASDAQ premises in New York, the world’s second largest stock exchange, in co-operation with the world-renowned Auerbach Grayson investment company, with an exceptionally good response from US-based investors, the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) said in a press release Tuesday.
This is the first time that Croatian and Slovenian stock exchanges have organised such event outside Europe, the press release said.
Along with the management of both stock exchanges, presented to the investors were the Croatian companies AD Plastik, Arena Hospitality Group, Atlantic Grupa, Podravka and Valamar Riviera as well as the Slovenian companies Krka, Petrol and Triglav Group.
A leading Croatian independent investment company, Intercapital, presented the Croatian and Slovenian markets and their potential, and the companies held more than 60 individual meetings with US-based investors.
The Zagreb and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange will continue their individual and joint activities in order to increase investors’ interest in their capital markets and strengthen the confidence of domestic and foreign investors.
