ZAGREB, 14 May 2019 – Bad weather has forced the Zagreb Beer Fest to postpone the opening day of the festival.
Now in its third year and quickly earning the status of the most visited festival of its kind in Croatia, the 3rd Zagreb Beer Fest was set to take place over four days from 16-19 May 2019 at Franjo Tuđman park in the centre of Zagreb.
Due to storms this week in the capital, the programme of the first day of the festival has been moved to Monday. The festival will now take place from 17-20 May.
Around 50,000 people attend over the four days last year and another big crowd is expected this year. Entry is free with over 180 different types of beer available this year.
British pop band Morcheeba will play at the festival on Friday, 17 May 2019. The gig is part of the band’s tour promoting their latest studio album ‘Blaze Away’.
Joining Morcheeba will be Urban & 4, Detour, Boris Štok, Luce, Rolo and Electric Octopus and more.
You can find more details about the programme on the official website here.
