New hotels, clubs, as well as great restaurants and bars constantly enrich the Split tourist scene, and for those in hospitality, finding ways to attract guests to their establishment has become a real challenge.
One of the proven ways to tackle this challenge is definitely the one that offers unique content to guests, in this case – a gastro experience. That is exactly how Vedran Sučić and Silvana Tvrdić, owners of Misto – Street Food Factory in Split managed with their uniquely designed project to become the only Dalmatian street food place around.
The concept is very simple – adapting Dalmatian dishes to street food, so in this cute, 26m2 local you can eat pašticada, brujet and tingul sandwiches, and according to a recent survey – the best burger in Split.
The menu was created by chef Venera Grgić, who likes to keep the little secrets to herself, but she did reveal that their motto in everything, which goes for their burgers too, is to serve guests what they would love to eat themselves and above all using fresh, local ingredients.
They also have a specialty of the house, the so called street food experience. So, if you want to experience Dalmatian street food in just one menu, there is the full experience, fast and furious experience and the let’s do it experience.
