Croatia Start Exporting Cattle To Libya

Croatia has begun exporting cattle to the Middle East. The cattle breeding association Baby-Beef, with help from the Ministry of Agriculture and Ports of Rijeka, have exported 1,500 cattle to Libya.
Agriculture Minister Tihomir Jakovina stressed that the Port Authority of Rijeka played a major role in securing transport options to help the farmers and the Baby-Beef association, and comended their work despite trying business conditions.
“We are not accustomed to such great commitment from the Ministry of Agriculture during our long-term relationship and for that we are pleasantly surprised,” said the president of the Association Toni Raic.”
