Most beautiful Croatian postage stamp of the year selected

ZAGREB, 9 April 2020 – Croatian Post has selected the most beautiful Croatian postage stamp of last year in its traditional annual competition held recently.
For 23 consecutive years, Croatian Post has been selecting the most beautiful Croatian postage stamps. This year, the stamp titled 350 years of the University of Zagreb was voted the most beautiful postage stamp printed in 2019. The winning stamp was designed by Jana Žiljak Gršić.

In second place was the block of stamps Croatian Tourism – Plitvice Lakes.

In third place was the 100th Anniversary of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zagreb stamp.

Voting took place between 28 February – 30 March. The winning stamps can be purchased on Croatian Post’s webshop, www.epostshop.hr.
