ZAGREB, 14 April 2020 – For anybody in the Croatian capital Zagreb, 2020 has not been a normal year so far.
There has been the coronavirus pandemic, the largest earthquake in 140 years and now snow out of the blue after a week of warm sunshine and temperatures in the early 20s °C.
Zagreb woke up on Tuesday to light snow after many were basking shirtless in the sunshine over Easter. On Monday temperatures hit a high of 23 °C and hours later residents were wiping snow off their cars.

The light snow will be short-lived with sunshine and warmer temperatures tomorrow. Highs in the 20s should return this weekend.
