Zero new Covid cases again in Croatia on Wednesday, active cases now at 48

ZAGREB, 3 JUNE, 2020 – There have been zero new COVID-19 cases again reported in Croatia in the last 24 hours, the national crisis management team said in a statement on Wednesday.
With just four new cases in the last thirteen days, there were no new COVID-19 cases again reported in Croatia on Wednesday. The total number of cases stands at 2,246.
There were no new COVID-19-related fatalities reported in the last 24 hours.
The current death toll stands at 103.
There have been 2,095 recoveries to date, 7 more than yesterday. Currently, there are 48 active cases in Croatia with 17 people in hospital and 4 patients currently on a ventilator.
Since late February, Croatia has conducted 67,814 tests, including 517 in the last 24 hours.
“Today is the 100th day since coronavirus arrived in Croatia. In June there have been no new cases. At times it seemed like a struggle, at times like a countdown. But when working with a good team and conscientious citizens, it’s a countdown to victory,” said Health Minister Vili Beros on Twitter today.
