Meet Dalmatia’s Oldest Driver

Meet Ivan Pavic from Sinj in Dalmatia, Croatia, who at the age of 92 is the oldest known driver in Dalmatia.

Pavic has been cruising the roads in his hometown of Sinj for over 58 years and he doesn’t look like stopping anytime soon. “My legs or arms are not shaking yet,” Pavic told RTL television, before adding that in all his years driving he has had only two minor accidents.
Although he has only had two minor accidents, Pavic’s drivers licence is impeccable after 58 years. “You have to keep to the laws and everything is ok. Regardless if you’re a man or a women,” said Pavic.

The 92-year-old said he regularly drive around 15,000km a year as he commuted often into neighbouring Bosnia, but not he only drives locally.
