Emirates cancels service to Croatia for the rest of 2020

ZAGREB, 18 July 2020 – United Arab Emirates flag carrier Emirates has cancelled its service to the Croatian capital for 2020.
As Croatian Aviation reports, the Dubai-based airline will no longer operate its Dubai – Zagreb service in 2020.
Emirates had planned to resume its seasonal service to Zagreb from the beginning of March this year before the coronavirus pandemic forced the grounding of flights.
They were set to resume during the summer and the latest plan was to resume in September this year but now that has also been scrapped.
All flights until the end of October are now cancelled and tickets are not on sale anymore. It is possible to book flights from the beginning of April 2021.
Emirates has been flying to Zagreb from Dubai daily during the summer season with the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which was also the biggest passenger regular aircraft in Zagreb Airport.
