Dubrovnik’s favourite winter tradition is back.
The 11th edition of the Dubrovnik Winter Festival promises to dazzle locals and tourists alike with an impressive lineup of events, including concerts, festive activities, and family-friendly fun.
Running from November 30, 2024, to January 6, 2025, the city will be transformed into a holiday wonderland.
This year’s festival boasts concerts on Stradun, headlined by Italian rock icon Zucchero, famed for hits like Baila (Sexy Thing) and Senza Una Donna.
He’ll be joined by Croatian singer Toni Cetinski to ring in the New Year.
The festival kicks off on November 30 with a concert by Jelena Rozga and continues throughout December with performances by top Croatian and regional artists, including Đani Stipaničev, Parni Valjak, Rišpet, and rising star Matija Cvek.
For rock enthusiasts, Psihomodo Pop will play, while fans of Baby Lasagna and Grše can look forward to them lighting up the stage with their chart-topping songs Mamma Mia and Rim Tim Tagi Dim.
A special highlight will be Good Evening, Friends, a tribute concert honouring Dubrovnik’s beloved Milo Hrnić, featuring an array of talents such as Dražen Zečić, Tedi Spalato, and Klapa Ragusavechia.
For the youngest audience members, the Children’s New Year’s Eve celebration will feature the Ante Gelo Band, Iva Ajduković Marović, and Bruna Oberan in a vibrant and cheerful performance designed for kids to welcome 2025 with joy.
The Dubrovnik Winter Festival offers something for everyone.
Families can enjoy the Colourful Winter in the Bay with train rides and an ice skating rink, the magical North Pole Station at Lazareti, and a variety of activities in Mokošica.
Cultural institutions across the city will host workshops, exhibitions, Christmas concerts, and theatre performances for all generations, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Organised by the City of Dubrovnik, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, and the Dubrovnik Summer Festival in collaboration with local cultural institutions and public organisations, the Winter Festival is set to deliver a month of entertainment, music, and holiday cheer.
