AD Plastik lands multi-million euro contracts for new Lada Niva and Nissan Qashqai

ZAGREB, June 16 (Hina) – The AD Plastik group has landed new contracts with Russia’s AvtoVAZ worth €57.7 million for the new Lada Niva car, and €3 million for the manufacturing of parts for Nissan Qashqai, also in Russia, the Solin-based company said on Tuesday.
The new, completely redesigned Lada Niva, the oldest car on the Russian market, will be manufactured at AvtoVAZ’s factory in Togliatti. Serial production is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023 and will last ten years.
The start of car parts production for Nissan Qashqai is planned for the last quarter of 2022 and will last six years.
