Dinamo Zagreb have one foot in the UEFA Europa League after three Croatian clubs were in action last night in the play-off ties…
Petrolul will have to score 3 times in Zagreb and keep a clean sheet if they are to knock Dinamo out of this season’s UEFA Europa League after the Croatian champions won 3-1 away in Romania last night. Rijeka also are placed well to qualify, keeping an important clean sheet at home and nicking a winner late in their match with Sherif Tiraspol. Split also performed admirably, holding Italian side Torino to a 0-0 draw. On Wednesday Hajduk Split went down 2-1 to Ukrainian side Dnipro. The return legs will all be played next Thursday 28 August. (pic: GNK Dinamo)
