Ambassadors of Croatian Tourism spot nominated for global award
The latest Croatian Tourist Board promo spot ‘Ambassadors of Croatian Tourism’ has been nominated for a prestigious global award.
The video promoting Croatian tourism, which features Luka Modrć, Mario Mandžukić, Ivan Rakitić, Dejan Lovren, Mateo Kovačić, Marin Čilić, Dario Šarić, Maksim Mrvica, Zrinka Cvitešić, and 2Cellos, premiered in November at the WTM in London and soon went viral with millions of views.

The promo spot has been nominated in the Best Video by a Tourism Organization category at the Travel Video Awards. Croatia will be up against Rhythms of Peru (Kuoda Travel), Sabrosura (Visit Columbia) and North America (Jordan Tourism Board).
“We are proud that our latest promotional video, featuring globally recognizable Croatian stars, ambassadors of Croatian tourism, is nominated for the prestigious world award. This nomination represents our professional satisfaction, but also is proof of our creativity and innovativeness, and is confirmation from the profession that we, together with our partners, create top internationally recognizable promotional content,” Croatian Tourist Board Director Kristjan Staničić said.

The Travel Video Awards honours innovative and inspiring travel videos released by both independent filmmakers and brands from across the globe.
The Travel Video Award ceremony will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 9, 2018 with online voting opening on 31 March 2018.
