American series being filmed in Zadar

Although everything is shrouded in secrecy, it has been revealed that an American series is currently being filmed in the Croatian city of Zadar.
A part of Zadar has been transformed the Iraqi city of Mosul for the filming of the series ‘The Terminal List: Dark Wolf’ which sees Hollywood star Chris Pratt play the lead role.
“This time, Zadar wasn’t chosen for its picturesque views like on a postcard, but because of its facades in Voštarnica. The old “Vošta” building in Zadar plays Mosul in Iraq. The biggest competition for filming was reportedly Bologna,” HRT reveals.
Residents aren’t too bothered by the hustle during filing. Even morning coffee in their favourite café is more exciting now. After all, a film set is in their neighbourhood. Local restaurateurs are satisfied because they are able to cater the needs of the film crew.
“Every building that was disrupted in this filming received a certain amount as compensation. So, every person who requested something, that felt threatened, they paid for it,” Zadar restaurateur Alen Perić told HRT.
In addition to Zadar, filming will also take place in surrounding areas of the county and on the island of Pag.
