American singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega is coming to Zagreb this summer. On July 10th at the Lisinski Concert Hall in Zagreb, she will perform an intimate evening of songs and stories.
As an icon of the new folk music rise and the author of hits like “Tom’s Diner,” “Luka,” “Marlene on the Wall,” and “Queen and the Soldier,” she will perform the most beautiful songs from her rich career with the accompaniment of her longtime guitarist, Gerry Leonard, at Lisinski.
Since 1985, when her debut album was released and her voice was recognized as a fresh and unwavering whisper, to this day, when she and her songs have achieved cult status, Suzanne Vega has sold out numerous concert halls worldwide.
This unique evening, called “An intimate evening of songs and stories,” in which Suzanne, who has previously performed in Zagreb in 1990 and 2011, takes the audience into her creative and poetic world of intimate musical stories in the special atmosphere of the Lisinski Hall, is an event not to be missed.
Tickets for the concert, priced from €25 to €45, are available at the Lisinski box office and online HERE.
