Austria’s Cineplexx Signs Hajduk Split Sponsorship Deal

Austrian-based multiplex cinema operators Cineplexx have announced that they have once again signed a sponsorship deal with Croatia’s Hajduk Split football club.
The deal, signed by Hajduk Split chairman Marin Brbić and Cineplexx Croatia director Enver Hadžiabdić this week, will see the leading regional cinema chain donate proceedings from every movie ticket sold to Hajduk Split’s Youth Academy. It is the third year in a row Cineplexx has sponsored Hajduk Split’s Youth Academy.
“It is an honour and pleasure to be Hajduk Split sponsors for the third year in a row. As a football club Hajduk is not just the pride of Dalmatia, but also the pride of Croatia and is still the only Croatian club to play in the quarter-final of the Champions League,” said Hadžiabdić after penning the deal.
Cineplexx has 36 multiplex cinemas in the region in 8 countries (Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania).
