Bank’s Shares to be Listed on Zagreb Stock Exchange

Investors will be able to purchase shares in the Croatian arm of Italian bank Banco Popolare from Friday 10 January, when they get listed for the first time on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE)…
12,600 of Banco Popolare Croatia’s shares will go live for trading on Friday. The Italian bank had more than 250 million worth of assets in 2013, which equated to 0.56% of the Croatian banking sector’s assets. Banco Popolare Croatia reported losses before taxes totalling around 1.2 million euros at the end of September 2013.
