So what wine goes best with oysters?

An event in the home of oysters in Croatia yesterday was held to find out.

On Wednesday, April 19th in Mali Ston, around fifty members of the jury, sponsors and partners of the Dubrovnik Festival ‘FestiWine’ tasted 23 different wines in restaurant Vila Koruna as part of ‘Blind Date’ – an event to select the white, rose and sparkling wines that best pair with Mali Ston oysters.

The team, guided by the reputable sommelier Mira Šemić, decided that Cetinka Bačić, from Korčula island, pairs best with the famous Mali Ston oyster.
