Canadians To Build Luxury Resort And Marina Near Dubrovnik

Clearpoint Resort is the name of a new luxury tourist complex complete with its own marina which is set to be built in Cavtat, 15km south of Dubrovnik on Croatia’s southern Dalmatian coast.
Candaian investment group 360 Vox, a Monteral based corporation in the business of managing and developing international hotel, resort, residential and commercial real estate projects, will finance the resort and marina. Canadian investors started purchasing land in the area back in 2006, but when the crisis hit they shelved their plans.
The 5-star resort spaning over 10 hectares is expected to have a 1,000 bed capacity when it is complete. Clearpoint will have one large luxury hotel and one small boutique hotel with 80 rooms and a few apartments and vilas. The seaside resort will even have its own marina.
