The Croatian government has invited Chinese investors to purchase a share in national carrier Croatian Airlines...
“The government continually invites investors from the People’s Republic of China, as well as all other investors to invest in Croatia, but under the conditions of a tender process, where everyone has the same requirements,” said Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure Sinisa Hajdas Dončić in the Romania capital Bucharest, where the China – CEE Summit is taking place.
Hajdas Dončić invited investors from China at the summit to invest in infrastructure projects such as the Croatian ports, and also to bid for a share in Croatia Airlines. The government has issued a tender for interest in the sale of a stake in the financially strapped airline. A maximum stake of 49% in Croatia Airlines is available.
