One of Columbia’s wealthiest men, Frank Kanayet Yepes, has bought a share in the producers of the world’s first electric super car, Croatian company Rimac Automobili, reports Poslovni dnevnik…
Yepes, who made his fortune in the energy industry, is a passionate car enthusiast and is known to drive Ferrari’s and Maserati’s in his home town of Bogota. Rimac automobili confirmed the share purchase but have yet to release a statement. Rimac automobili produced the world’s first electric super car, the Concept One. The battery-powered vehicle boasts more than 1,000 Hp and reaches a top speed of 190 Mph and has already won a host of innovative awards.
