Croatian stand-up comedian Marko Petar Oresković, known for his quick wit and comedic timing, showcased a different set of skills as he stepped onto the court during the basketball match between Cibona and Buducnost last night in Zagreb.

To the amazement of the crowd, and even Oresković himself, the comedian took part in the half-court shot challenge and won himself a cool €1,000.00.

As he stepped up in his denim overalls, nobody gave him much of a chance. But the basketball sailed through the air with precision, swishing through the net for an unforgettable moment.

Footage of the shot soon went viral on social media with more than 180,000 views in less than 24 hours and still growing.

The Cibona organisation, clearly embracing the excitement, has announced plans to replicate the experience. The team will take the court again on Monday, January 22nd, in a local championship match against BC Split at the home of Dražen Petrović.

Once again, a lucky spectator will have the chance to win €1,000.00, enticing fans to attend in the hopes of witnessing another unforgettable moment.
