Croat is New Junior World Breakdancing Champion

14-year-old Croatian Josip Krnić is the new Junior World Breakdancing Champion.The teen from the Dalmatian city of Split was the best from a strong field of international breakdancers at the World Hip Hop Championships in Copenhagen in Denmark.
“How can a world champion feel – it’s the best feeling ever!,” said the super talented Josip, who also has shown his skills to the wider public by making the finals of Croatian TV show Supertalent.
Krnić first started breakdancing at the age of 9, when an uncle of his returned from Germany with breakdancing clips from the show Britain’s Got Talent, and he has been hooked ever since. Josip says that the world title has now given him confidence to kick on and achieve more success.
