Croatia Airlines ranked a high 8th place out of 34 airlines scored by the AirHelp, a company who help passengers with claims and compensation for delays, cancellations and overbooked flights.
Croatia Airlines scored particularly highly when it came to honouring passengers rights and was ranked the top airline out of the 34 in the study with a score of 9.5 out of 10. The overall winner was Qatar Airways, whilst Portugal’s SATA International finished last on the list. Croatia Airlines was ranked 8th, one spot ahead of British Airways.

This is the second decent bit of recognition for Croatia’s national carrier. Recently it was named among the safest airlines in the world by AirlineRatings.com.
