Croatia has beaten Greece 75-71 in the Bronze medal game to finish 3rd at the U18 Men’s FIBA Eurobasket in Turkey on Sunday…
It was a great effort by the Croatians, who became the most successful junior side in Europe winning their 9th medal (3 golds – 1996, 2002, 2012, 4 silver – 1994, 1998, 2000, 2013, 2 bronze – 2008 and 2014). One member of Croatia’s bronze medal winning team, Dragan Bender, made the ‘starting 5 of the tournament’. Well done, boys. (pic: HKS)
