Croatia Move into TOP 10 World Basketball Rankings

Croatia has climbed up three places to be now ranked in the top ten basketball teams in the world after the latest FIBA World Rankings were released on Wednesday.
Croatia is now ranked 8th in the world, moving up from 11th place.
USA is still in the No.1 spot with 819.6 points, ahead of Spain in second place who have 693.2 points.
Serbia is in third place, followed by France in fourth and Argentina in fifth. Slovenia, who won EuroBasket 2017 last month, jumped 5 spots to be ranked 7th.
The Netherlands made the biggest jump in the latest rankings, moving up 38 places to 46th.
Croatia has been drawn with The Netherlands, as well as Italy and Romania in their World Cup 2019 qualifying group.
