Croatia beat Belarus 3:2 in yesterday’s quarter-final, with that man Andrej Gaćina once again the hero. Gaćina beat the tough Vladimir Samsonov 3:1 (4-11, 12-10, 11-9, 11-5), before beating Pavel Platonova 3:1 (11-9, 11-3, 7-11, 11-7) in the final match. Croatia will face 6-time in a row European Champion Germany, who disposed of France 3:0, today for a place in the final.
