Croatia to award 1,150 scholarships to Croatian students from abroad

ZAGREB, 24 Dec (Hina) – Croatia will award 1,150 scholarships to Croatian students from abroad for the academic year 2022/23, 150 more than in the previous academic year.
Croatia will allocate €1.7 million for this purpose.
Of the 1,150 scholarships, 300 will be granted for studying in Croatia, 200 will be awarded to Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 60 to members of Croatian ethnic minorities, 40 to members of Croatian emigrant communities, and 850 for studying in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Scholarships will be granted for a period of 10 months in the amount of €150 a month.
They will be awarded by the Central State Office for Croats Abroad based on a public call, and interested students can apply by 20 January 2023.
