Croatia now top Group A at the World Championships after beating Brazil, coached by Croatian Ratko Rudić 10-9 (4-2, 4-2, 1-2, 1-3). Ivica Tucak’s side could have made lighter work of the victory after leading 7-3 at one stage.
Croatia, who beat Canada in their first round match, face China in their last group game.
