Success for Croatian animated film in Argentina.
The short animated film ‘Once upon a time’ by Stanka Gjurić has won two awards at the Stop Motion Film Festival.
Gjurić won the Best Children’s Film and Audience Award at the festival which featured films by authors from 18 countries and 3 continents. Films were also awarded in the categories of ‘Best Dance Animation’, ‘Best Experimental Film’ (comedy, drama…), ‘Best Drawing Technique’, ‘Best Actor’, ‘Best Actress’, etc. , and several films also received recognition in the ‘Special Mention’ category.
Gjurić is, as before, an independent and self-contained author of her film.
