One Croatian beach has made a list of the world’s top 50 untouched beaches according to leading travel site FlightNetwork.
The Canadian-based travel company crafted their top 50 untouched beaches in the world with the help of 1,200 travel journalists, editors, bloggers, and agencies from around the world.
“This collaboration allowed us to create the ultimate resource for those who would like to witness the majesty of the world’s most pristine sands, healing waters, and luminous sunsets,” FlightNetwork said before revealing their Top 50, which included one Croatian beach.
In 33rd spot on the list was Pasjača beach in Konavle, near Dubrovnik.
“Pasjača beach is a hidden gem in the Dubrovnik Riviera, situated in the Konavle region. It is not a natural beach, it was formed after digging tunnels in surrounding villages. Over the years, the sea eroded the rocks and created this beautiful beach hidden in the giant cliffs. The incomparable beauty and isolation of Pasjača make this beach the perfect place for those looking for a quiet and idyllic beach with unbelievable translucent seas and skyscraping cliffs. It’s a place where life is a simple pleasure!,” FlightNetwork writes.
