Croatian Coffee Company Franck To Add Lavazza To Portfolio

Croatian coffee and snacks company Franck are about to strengthen their coffee portfolio by announcing that they will purchase Gala Plus, the company with the rights for Italy’s popular Lavazza coffee in Croatia.
Franck announced that they will sign the deal to purchase Gala Plus shortly, after all terms and conditions from negotiations are met.
Franck’s sales hover around the 74 million USD mark and the Lavazza acquisition will strengthen their position on the Croatian market where they are dominant. Franck also produce amongst other products; potato chips, nuts, popcorn and French fries.
