Croatian cultural extravaganza in Los Angeles this weekend

The biggest Croatian festival on the West Coast of the United States will take place in downtown Los Angeles this weekend.

St. Anthony’s Kolo Club “CROATIA” and Croatian Children’s School will be hosting the 14th Annual Croatian Cultural Extravaganza in Los Angeles from February 14-16. 

A number of guest kolo groups from all over North America will once again attend this year, including groups from New York, Seattle, Alberta and Ontario.

The guest kolo groups performing over the weekend include Koraci, San Jose CA, Izvor, San Pedro, CA, Skalinada, Sacramento, CA, Kardinal Stepinac, New York, NY, Hrvatsko Prelo, Oakville, Ontario, Canada, Seattle Jr. Tamburitzans, Seattle WA. Ženska Klapa Lasta, Calgary, Alberta, Canada 

The event starts on Friday with a social, meet and greet and dance before mass, concerts, performances, and a semi-formal banquet over the rest of the weekend.
