The essence of Croatian resilience echoes through the pages of Marijan Gubina’s autobiographical novel, “260 Days.”
Now, this poignant tale is set to unfold on the international cinematic stage with the production of the high-profile Hollywood film, “260 Days,” directed by Jakov Sedlar and featuring a screenplay penned by Oscar-winning writer Barry Morrow.
Filming will take place in eastern Croatia in Slavonia and Baranja, including Osijek and Vukovar, and is set to commence this summer.
Tim Roth, John Malkovich, Nicholas Cage, Liam Neeson, Martin Sheen, Ralph Fiennes, Armand Assante and Kevin Spacey are listed as actors being negotiated to play roles in the historic war drama.
Production for the film will be carried out by 260DAYS – Osijek, Croatia film – Zagreb and Arramis film – Los Angeles.
