After it was announced last week that Damjan Rudež will play for the Indiana Pacers, Croats will now be able to watch another of their own in the NBA this season, with news that the Brooklyn Nets have agreed a three-year deal with Croatian international Bojan Bogdanović…
Reports over the weekend from ESPN New York’s Ohm Youngmisuk say that Bogdanović will join the former club of Croatia’s most famous player, Dražen Petrović, from Turkish club Fenerbahçe officially after 10 July when the NBA free agency moratorium ends. Bogdanović, who has played for Real Madrid, Cibona, and Mostar, was selected by the Miami Heat with the 31st overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
