Three Croatian internationals have claimed victory in the Greek Cup final…
In Athens, the clash between Panathinaikos and PAOK decided the winner of the Greek Cup title. In the end, Danijel Pranjić, Gordon Schildenfeld and Mladen Petrić, three Croatians in the Panathinaikos jersey, had reason to celebrate. Panathinaikos won the match 4:1, thanks to a hat-trick from Swedish striker Berg. Karelis also found the net, while Vukić was the only goalscorer for PAOK.
Pranjić and Schildenfeld played the full 90 minutes, whilst Petrić was used as a substitute in the 89th minute, when he replaced Berg. Panathinaikos thus secured its 18th Greek Cup title. HNS (pic: Drago Sopta/HNS)
