Croatian doubles team Nikola Mektić and Mate Pavić have won their third ATP title together on Sunday.
Mektić and Pavić beat Kevin Krawietz and Horia Tecau 7-6(7), 6-2 in the final of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam to claim the title.
“We came up, throughout the entire tournament, with a high level of serving. We only got broken a few times. That was the key. It is indoor tennis, the serve is a very important part of the game. We did very well and, in the end, I am very happy to win the tournament,” Mektić said.

Today’s match was the Croatians 17th since they joined up as a team at the start of this year. They have only lost one match, to fellow Croatian Ivan Dodig and Filip Polasek in semi-final of the Australian Open.
Mektić and Pavić add this title to their Antalya Open and the Murray River Open titles.
