ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) – The demand for luxury homes in Croatia in 2018 is up 25% compared to last year.

Speaking at a press conference earlier this week,  Sotheby’s International Realty Croatia director Marko Pazanin said that demand for luxury homes in Croatia was up 25% and clients are mostly foreign nationals who are looking for property along the coast.

“Clients are mostly German, Austrian, Czech and Slovakian nationals, followed by clients from Scandinavian countries and England,” Pazanin said.

According to him, buyers interested in the Dalmatia coastal region are mostly looking for property between the cities of Primosten and Trogir and in Dubrovnik.

Pazanin said that the most popular islands real estate-wise are Brac and Hvar.
