The 3rd regional wine festival ‘Dubrovnik Festiwine’ has opened in Dubrovnik on Monday…
As part of this year’s Dubrovnik Festiwine, which will take place until 1 May 2016, wine afficionados and experts have a unique opportunity to taste the best wines that the Dubrovnik -Neretva County has to offer, participate in various wine programs and tastings, as well as meet reputable wine producers.
A new red wine – Dubrovnik Cuvee – will be presented at this year’s festival. It is a result of pairing of Plavac Mali and Merlot, a fresh and smooth wine that comes in three delicious varieties: dry, semi-dry and semi-sweet.
Dubrovnik Wine Week / April 25 – May 01
All visitors and guests are invited to take part in the ‘Dubrovnik Wine Week’. Visit numerous Dubrovnik restaurants, hotels and wine bars and taste the unique, carefully designed and specially priced menus in combination with fine wines from the Dubrovnik region. Over 65 quality wines from the Dubrovnik-Neretva region will be judged with the winner of the 3rd FestiWine Trophy announced on Saturday.
