Due Diligence Starts On Croatia’s Largest Alcoholic Beverage Company

Croatian largest and oldest wines alcoholic beverage company Badel 1862 have announced that a potential foreign buyer is conducting due diligence on the company.
“Today began the process of due diligence on Badel 1862 by potential bidders who have acquired the right to purchase the bidding documents in accordance with the government’s decision to sell 2,065,828 shares (65.84 percent of the share capital) that are owned by the Croatian government,” the company’s statement said.
Due diligence is expected to be complete by the middle of February.
