easyJet Introduce New Croatia Service – Belfast-Split

British Low-cost carrier easyJet have announced that from May next year they will start flying between the Northern Irish capital Belfast and Split on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast…
From 20 May next year easyJet will operate one flight a week on a Wednesday between the two cities (departing Belfast at 16:30 and Split at 21:05). easyJet forecasts that around 6,000 passengers will use the service, which will only run during the summer season, in the first year.
“Traditionally Croatian destinations have been extremely popular with Northern Ireland travellers and are now witnessing a significant renaissance in demand,” Belfast International Airport Business Director Uel Hoey said in a statement.
