First Brand New Hotel in 86 Years for Croatia’s 3rd Largest City

A number of hotels have undergone renovations in recent times, but a brand new 13-story, 3-star, 105-room hotel will be the first new hotel in Croatia’s third largest city in over 8 decades. Austrian firm ZTC are behind the investment, and are set to start constructing the hotel, which will also include a business centre and some apartments, next year.
The 13-story building is expected to take a maximum of 18 months to complete. ZTC are already in negotiations with a number of interested hotel corporations to operate the hotel once it is complete. The investment is estimated at around 11 million euros say Novi list.
