RIJEKA, 29 June 2021 – The new 105 million euro Hilton Rijeka Costabella Resort & SPA will open its doors on Thursday, 1 July. This is the first Hilton resort in Croatia.
The hotel, which will employ around 300 people, is also the largest tourist investment in Rijeka and one of the largest in the region. The Hilton Rijeka Costabella Resort & SPA is located between Rijeka and Opatija, and has 132 sea-facing rooms and suites and 62 villas and apartments.
The resort also boasts six restaurants and bars, a 3,700 m2 spa and health club, a private beach with mooring spots, a Kids Club, as well as four meeting rooms and outdoor spaces for meetings and events.
Among the restaurants is the rooftop Nebo Restaurant & Lounge where Deni Srdoč is Head Chef. The 28-year-old, who is the youngest Croatian chef with a Michelin star, owes his love and passion for cooking to his grandmother, who inspired his career path and the decision to enroll in the private Culinary Institute Oliva Allegra in Split, Croatia.
The Hilton Rijeka Costabella Resort & SPA is the investment of the company JTH Costabella operated by Czech entrepreneur Jaroslav Třešňák.
