Accor opening the first Pullman in Croatia, a high-category hotel in the promising business zone of Zagreb.

Accor continues its growth in Croatia. In collaboration with MPPD, a management partner, they will introduce one of its premium brands in Zagreb. Pullman Zagreb will welcome its first guests in the third quarter of 2024.

Zagreb, December 11, 2023 – The new Pullman hotel will be located in the business zone in Zagreb’s Buzin.

Managed by Accor in collaboration with MPPD, with whom they already have experience managing Mövenpick Zagreb and the soon-to-open Mövenpick Split, MPPD, one of the fastest-growing hotel companies in Croatia, plans further development projects in this area in the near future.

Pullman Zagreb will feature 193 rooms and attractive amenities, including an elegant restaurant, a modern lobby bar, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and a wellness center. The striking modern building with a steel and glass façade and a spacious terrace will provide guests with an impressive high-level experience.

The hotel is part of City Island, one of the most significant investments in Croatia, spanning 80,000 square meters. When completed, City Island will employ more than 15,000 people and encompass 250,000 square meters (with over half being office spaces). The project will soon become a promising business center in this part of New Zagreb.

Pullman Zagreb is located in Buzin, the business center of New Zagreb, housing the headquarters of Croatian companies and regional centers of international corporations. Two shopping centers and the Embassy of the United States are in close proximity, making the location even more attractive, while the Zagreb Fair and the Museum of Contemporary Art are in the broader neighborhood.
