First runway race to take place at Dubrovnik Airport

DUBROVNIK, 23 February 2020 – In September last year, Zagreb Airport held the first 5 km runway charity race in Croatia. Now Dubrovnik Airport is to follow suit.
The 5 km Runway Run in March will be the first race to be held at the Dubrovnik Airport. The race will be part of the Du Motion race and will take place on 8 March 2020.
“The 5 km Runway Run race will provide runners with a unique experience of running on the Dubrovnik Airport runway for the first time ever,” organisers said.

The entry fee is 100 kuna / 13€ and the race package includes an official race shirt, medal, refreshments and entry to the Newrest Pasta Party, which will be held at the airport.
All interested runners can register via the official web shop until February 29th. The race will be limited to 250 competitors.
