Free guided tours in 51 Croatian cities and towns

ZAGREB, 9 Jan (Hina) – The Association of Tourist Guide Societies of Croatia, in cooperation with the Croatian Tourist Board (HTZ) and other partners, is organising free tours of 51 cities and towns across the country on Sunday, on the occasion of 15 January, the day of Croatia’s international recognition, the HTZ has said.
The tours are part of the “Discover Your Country” project, aimed at providing citizens and tourists with a better understanding of Croatian culture and way of life.
According to the organisers, this initiative promotes cultural heritage and raises awareness of the value of professional tourist guides.
Partners and supporters of the project include historical units, museums, and other cultural institutions, with all city tours starting at 12 PM on 12 January.
