Filming for the big-budget French film about the life of legendary explorer Jacques Cousteau has started on the island of Hvar…
The bay of Jagodna on Hvar was being used this weekend to film scenes for “The Odyssey”, which stars a number of famous french actors, including Audrey Tautou and Lambert Wilson.
Filming for the biopic of the great French ocean-going adventurer and filmmaker will last two weeks in Croatia, with scenes being shot on Hvar, Vis and Biševo. Around 3 million euros will be spent by the production crew in Croatia during filming. The film, which will showcase Croatia’s beauty, will hit cinemas in autumn next year.
