From 27 November 2024 to 7 January 2025, Fuliranje, Zagreb’s much-loved Advent event, returns to Strossmayer Square, promising a vibrant mix of gourmet delights, entertainment, and festive cheer.

With 16 stalls offering an incredible 57 dishes, visitors can indulge in a diverse menu ranging from traditional Croatian favourites like štrukli, skradinski rižot, and soparnik to international comfort foods, including wagyu noodles, Italian-style pizzas, and award-winning burgers.

Sweet treats are equally enticing, featuring Kaiserschmarrn, fritule in six flavours, cronuts, and the exclusive craft Dubai chocolate debuting in Croatia.

This year’s Fuliranje goes beyond food with a rich cultural programme. Daily DJ performances, curated by Ozren Kanceljak, include themed music nights celebrating everything from Zagreb’s musical heritage to international dance beats and festive classics.

For families, weekends feature enchanting children’s theatre, choirs, and live performances, with highlights such as the theatre production Izgubljena brada Djeda Mraza and the beloved children’s choir Zagrepčanke i dečki.

Visitors can enjoy eco-friendly activities like a bike repair station, fashion swap events, and lectures promoting sustainability. The market continues its commitment to reducing plastic waste, using only reusable cups and packaging.

The HUSH HUSH pop-up market offers unique, handmade gifts by Croatian artisans, from jewellery and fashion to natural cosmetics and home décor.

For sports fans, the Guinness Zone screens Premier League matches, complete with special surprises for attendees. A selection of crafted cocktails, mulled wines, gins, and Guinness beer enhances the festive experience, alongside Happy Hour discounts for ZABA Mastercard users.
