Popular Istrian camp Veli Jože in the town of Savudrija has gone up for sale…
The current owners Zagrebački holding have advertised a tender for the 330,000 square metre camp, with 22.7 million euros the rock- bottom price. The Veli Jože complex is situated on the western part of the Istrian peninsular and is 10 kilometres from the Croatian-Slovenian border.
Veli Jože covers an area of 330,000 square meters of Mediterranean forest park, and has includes a 1,800 metre long beach. The complex has 350 camping spots with electricity and water, and 46 wooden houses with 866 beds. The total capacity of the camp is 3,000 people. Interested parties have until 28 February 2014 at 2pm to make an offer. All offers will be opened on 6 March at the offices of Zagrebački holding.
