Hajduk Split football club’s sports director Jens Andersson has resigned after just 4 months in the job. According to daily 24sata, the former AIK Stockholm sports director has cited family reasons for his sudden departure. Andersson copped criticism after the end of the transfer window when he failed to negotiate the sale of even one player, despite the club’s dire financial situation. It was reported that the Swede was earning 6,200 euro a month, plus 3% of any transfer deals.
